The canopy and framde were installed on the fuselage. The windshield and canopy were masked off for the molding strip. Plexiglass and metal were scuffed with Scotch-Bright and sandpaper so the epoxy will adhere. A micro mixture was used to fill the gap between the plexiglass windshiled and the top skin.
The plenum was drilled to the side baffles. There is about 3/8" gap between the back of the plenum and the rear baffle, so I still need to decide what to do about that.
