Completed countersinking of rivet holes in lower cowl. Cowl was removed from fuselage and hinges removed and deburred.
Backing strips cut, drilled to firewall, and deburred. These will provide backing to the upper cowl along the side corners.
Baffle parts reinstalled on engine and plenum positioned. Baffle parts marked for trimming. Baffle sid and rear parts trimmed and edges deburred. Baffle reinstalled and plenum positioned. Top cowl positioned to check baffles and plenum for proper clearance.
Began working with front baffle pieces to fit to plenum
