The right skin was laid out and all rivet/screw cole locations were marked. The left and right skins were clamped together using cleco clamps and several of the holes were drilled. The clamps were replaced with regular clecos and the remaining holes were drilled. Left and right pieces were separated and all holes deburred.
This inside side skirt was cut to length and shape. The outside skirt and inside skirt were clamped to the left canopy frame and adjusted fro proper position. Inside and outside skirts drilled to the canopy frame, clecoing as I went.
