Brief Description: Side rails, brake lines, roll bar
Canopy side rails were final drilled and attached to fuselage.
Vent ducts were riveted to fuselage.
Parking brake valve was installed and lines from brake reservoir to master cylinders and from parking brake valve to firewall fittings were installed.
Hole in firewall cut for heater valve using hole saw. A heardwood plug was bolted to the front and a backing board to the back of the firewall for support. This method worked quite well. Initial fitting of heater valve done.
Roll bar installed and bolts torqued. The rear bolts were a bear as it is very hard to get to the underside to get the spacer, washer and nut onto the bolt.
Slider track attached to fuselage, slider canopy frame positioned.
