Attached the inner capacitive fuel sender plates to their ribs. Used a multi-meter to check for proper connectivity, which was all fine. I mixed another small batch of sealer and laid in the fillet on the end ribs of the second tank. I also touched up a few other areas. Fuel sender wires were taked to the vent line with sealant. Riveted the fuel pick up bracket to the right tank access cover. Installed the floppy fuel pick up in the left tank and gooped with sealant.
After giving the Decathlon some well deserved exercise I returned to the project and deburred and prepared the fuel tank baffles for installation. I intentd to fill the tanks with water while in the cradle to check for any possible leaks before closing them up for good with the baffles.
