After an enjoyable hour of giving the Decathlon some exercise I was able to get a couple of hours in on the RV. First I completed match drilling the left leading edge skin to the ribs and spar. Then I turned to the fuel tank assembly. I got the 7 tank attach angles marked and match drilled to the spar, then drilled the angles for platenuts by clecoing a platenut to each hole and using it as a guide. Insead of tediously measuring and marking each angle to determine the exact center (both directions) of each flange, I fashioned a jig using a block of wood with scraps of angle clecoed to the to make the guide, then clamped this to the drill press. It made quick work of locating and drilling the center holes.
