Today I worked on debugging the wiring of the avionics. It turns out that the VP-X, Transponder and ADSB were all wired improperly. I think the manual could have been a little more descriptive but TX out on one device connects to RX in opn the other. After several hours of desoldering and resoldering splices I got these resoleved.
I also had a problem with the trim switches being isolated out by the VP-X. There were no clear instructions on this but I found that I needed to wire the red (positive) lead to the VP-X ground and then all worked fine.
I still have a problem with the intercom unit and a mic stuck error and also the roll autopilot is not communicating.
