Brief Description:  Plenum seals, canopy base molding

The baffle seal material was glued and riveted to the plenum. The bead of gasket material laid down on the edge of the plenum did a great job of deflecting the seal back toward the rear baffles.

The fiberglass canopy base molding and top molding was laid up. It seemed pretty messy and I don't guess I will know how good a jod I did until I start sanding.

I did have a near panic when I was unable to open the canopy at days end. I was afraid I had glued it shut with the epoxy!! But a little coersionwith a putty knife and releasing some protective tape was enough to allow me to slide the canopy back.

The replacement canopy handle was cut to length and prepared for drilling. This time I will jig the assembly and hope to do a much better job.
