Brief Description: Base molding prep, intersection fairings
To prepare for laying up the fiberglass base molding strip I cut a number of strips of fiberglass in various widths. The junction between the windsheild and the fuselage was given one last touch up coat of micro.
The upper gear leg intersection fairings were drilled to the cowl and fuselage.
The empennage fairing was removed from the fuselage and the micro fillets were sanded smoth.
The plenum was prepare to have the baffle seal material riveted on. I ran a small bead of gasket material on the edge of the plenum to help force the seal material against the rear baffles.
