Drilled platenuts to the second wingtip. Rivet and screw holes countersunk and platenuts riveted to wingtip.
AeroLED Nav/Strobe drilled to this wingtip. As the tip is curved it became clear pretty quickly that some firberglass work was going to have to be done. I cut and shaped a piect of aluminum to match the base profile of the N/S light and screwed it to the tip. Then a microballoon mixture was used to create a fillet and provide a flat base for the light.
I picked up the panel pieces which were ready at the powder coat guy. They turned out great!
