With some replacement hinge stock from Aircraft Spruce I cut the hinge sections for the bottom of the seat backs and seat back brace. These were then drilled to their components and deburred.
That complete I moved to the flap actuator, The actuator arm was drilled for #4 bolts, then the center bushing was cut, drilled, and cut in half. The actuator arm was then installed and bolted to the bulkheads and the center center bushing was drilled to the floor and ribs.
Next I fabricated several of the angles and places from raw stock.
When I got home I alodined the hinges and angle material pars for the seat backs so they can be riveted next time out at the hangar.
