First I fitted the floor stiffeners to the cabin floor and then drilled them to the bottom skin. Thi was a bit tricky for one person but I found a way to clamp a wood block to hold one end and then used a scrap piece of J channel to hold the other end while I drilled. After than I completed drilling the bottom skin to the firewall.
Next I fitted the baggage area bulkheads and longerons, then drilled them to the side skin. The aft baggage side wall was then fitted and drilled to the longerons and bulkheads.
I assembled the rudder pedals to their bearing blocks and mounted them in the cabin with clamps. Then the center rudder pedal brace was fitted and positioned. The center bearing block was cut in half and then I clamped the rudder pedal bars, center bearing and brace together.
I also drilled some remaining holes in bulkheads. I am close to the point of starting to take it all apart for deburr and dimpling before final assembly.
