Brief Description:  Tank test. flaps

This morning the balloon on the right tank was still inflated, so the pressure test was sucucessful!! Then I moved the test fittings back to the left tank, after attempting to seal the leaks yesterday with Locktite. The test was successful. No bubbles from the soapy water spray and the balloon held throughout the day!

Next I continued work on the flaps. All components for the right flap were dimpled. Then I built a cradle to hold the flaps for riveting. I had to wait on the battery for the saw to charge so I started the deburr procees on the left flap components. I thought I figured out that I shoud rivet the flap ribs to the top skiin first, but after doing so, discovered I could not get to the rear spar to rib rivets. So I drilled out all of the top skin rivets and then riveted the botton skin to the ribs and then started the top and bottom skin seam.

All in all a good day, with some mistakes but some important successes!!
