Brief Description:  Leading edge prep

Tonight I disassembled the right leading edge so I could start the deburr and dimple prep before final assembly. Much to my dismay I discovered that the outboard leading edge rib, which lies under the joint plate that the tank screws into, was not propely straightened or positioned when drilled and the rivet holes were too close to the rib web to be able to dimple them. So I will reorder that part tonight.

I did go ahead and deburr all of the other ribs before reassembling the leading edge with clecos and reattaching it to the wing spar so when the replacement rib arrives I can match drill it to the assembly.

I can still proceed with the deburr and dimple of the top skins but decided to just go have chicken wings and a beer tonight. The skins can wait until next session.
