Brief Description: Left wing to cradle, start on right
Assembled the wing crade at the hangar. Before removing the left wing from the wing stand I clecoed the outer bottom skin back on and marked the location for the pitot mast. I then removed the skin and cut the hole carefully using a combination of unibit, dremel tool with cut-off wheel and then grinder, and finally finished it with a round file. I reclecoed the skin to the wing and moved the pitot mast into position. I had to file a little material away from one edge of the mast base to clear the wing rib. I then drilled the rivet holes through the skin spar and mast plate. The skin was then removed and set aside.
My neighbor helped me lift the left wing from the build stand and place it in the newly constructed cradle.
I then moved on to the right wing, starting by clecoing and match drilling the main and nose ribs to the front and rear spars.
