Brief Description:  Left Wing Leading edge

Clecoed the leading edge ribs to the leading edge skin. Also clecoed the stall warning bracket to the leading edge skin. On trying to fit the leading edge to the spar I discoved interference with the wing stand arm on one side with the leading edge skin. This required that I remount the angle attached to the outboard rib using longer bolts with spacers to move the wing assembly away from the stand arm. Once this was done the leading edge assembly was placed on the main spar and the ribs were clecoed to the spar and then the skin edges were clecoed to the spar. The joint plate was marked as specified to denote the drill hole line. Then the inboard end rib and the tank joint plate were worked into position with the marked line visible through the predrilled holes in the skin. All rivet holes were drilled in the joint plate and rib using the skin holes as a guide. The undrilled rib holes near the nose of the leading edge were drilled. I temporarily remounted the outer bottom skin to transfer the lines marked for the tie down hole to the leading edge. This hole was then drilled and drilled to size using the unibit. The outer bottom skin was then removed.
