Tonight I completed preparation of the wing ribs by deburring and smoothing the edges of the flanges and the edges of the lightening holes. For the straight edges I used the bench grinder with Scotch-Brite wheel, and for the lightening holes I used a smaller Scotch-Brite wheel mounted in the drill press. While not hard, this turned out to be a really tedious process. Glad to have that done!!! I next drilled holes for the pitot and angle of attack tubing and for the wiring in the left wing ribs. Now I am finally ready to start assembling the left wing!!
