Taped doubler plates together, marked for trimming as required and trimmed using band saw. Dressed cut edges using grinder with Scotch-Brite pad. Clamped, drilled and clecoed reinforcement plates to rear spar channel. Final drilled doubler plates to rear spar channel. Marked aileron pushrod hole on reinforcement plate. Disassembled parts and began deburring all holes. Completed deburring on doubler plates and reinforcement plates.
