"My resolution for this year, is to complete and fly my creation!
I finished the SB for the landing gear last week, posted a photo of how I solved part of a problem, and someone quickly pointed out I had installed a piece upside down! Impossible I thought, after all, I am an EAA Technical Counselor, an A&P, and generally above making mistakes.
As you can see in photo two, that piece is supposed to be installed with the bevels UP instead of down as I had in photo 1. OK, so I made a mistake last year.
I have resolved to not keep upgrading my project. Most of the delays have been because I just ""had"" to have the latest and greatest. First it was the Viking engine, then the Skyview, then the skyview extras, then the Viking upgrades. Enough already, now I have frozen the design, except for any upgrades that are immediately available. Well, at least I can SAY that is the case, will have to wait until another great upgrade becomes available to test my resolution."
