Fabricated the battery box which required a lot of time drilling for the lightening holes in the aluminum bar and even more time cutting the same holes in the steel box. The box and angle brackets were already powder-coated but they were black and white respectively. I took this as an opportunity to use my Harbor Freight powder coating system for the first time and make it red to match the Vertical Power PPS that will be mounted above the battery.
