Stringer on pilot side had cracked at a rivet due to local skin buckling that occurred when I dropped the fuselage onto the steps back in Ohio. Discovered the crack when I took the baggage compartment covers off to install the tied down hook holders.
Fabricated a 0.063" doubler plate and used pop rivets to secure it.
