Brief Description:  Finished Emp Fitting; worked Cabin Frame

- Made a new right-side rudder stop and fitchecked o.k. at 1 1/8." - Disassembled the entire empennage, deburring, CS'ing, etc as I went. Riveted the bottom 2 rivets on the aft VS spar, bottom hinge. I don't know why they weren't done during VS assembly, but probably something to do w/ tail wheel vice nose wheel. - I deferred working on the empennage fairings, as a look at Dan C's site, revealed that there are possible further adjustments to HS incidence that may be needed but won't reveal themselves until flight test. - Cabin Frame: Clamped the 631C and D angles into alignment on the frame and drilled for the "keeper" rivets. I misread the drawing and drilled for AN427-4-8 vice -3-8. Oh well...I still had good spacing and edge distance. Deburred, CS'd, cleaned and primed the angles for assembly. My goal is to get the cabin frame install done this week and then get ready to paint the cabin.
