Brief Description: Side Rails & Canopy Decks, & Misc
SIDE RAILS AND GUSSETS - Trimmed the F757 gussets per Tip-up directions - Drilled and prepped F757's - Clamped and drilled the Forward Canopy Decks to the longerons and F-721B side rails. Removed and prepped for priming. FWD FUSE GUSSETS - Clamped the F695 gussets to the longerons and firewall and drilled. Slow going as most of the holes also had to pass through the steel engine mount bracket. Used lots of Boelube and slow drill speeds. AFT FUSE GUSSETS - Clamped and drilled the F656-L&R gusset plates to the F706 & F707 Bulkheads. Then, removed and prepped.
