Decided to go ahead and construct left tank as inverted. Fabricated anti-hang brackets for both tanks. Reviewed progress on right tank and verified all items complete prior to disassembling. Deburred and dimpled stiffeners and ribs for right tank. Reviewed tank sealing instructions.
