Brief Description: Right Leading Edge Finish, Spar Work
(1) Riveted together the leading edge skin to skeleton. Did first half by myself and then Penny bucked for the forward rivets that were difficult for me to buck and shoot by myself. (2) Removed the upper skins from the wing. Deburred the wing walk doubler plate and the outboard skin. (3) Countersunk the front spar for the leading edge and skin attachment points. Spot-primed w/ SEM self-etch. (4) Clecoed the leading edge back on the wing. Realigned wing to eliminate twist and supported midspan w/ jack. (5) Pop-riveted the front spar to leading edge rib points w/ LP4-4's except for the outboard rib which I could reach w/ a squeezer. These I did with the called out AD476-4-5's. (6) Riveted the leading edge skin to spar using pneumatic squeezer.
