(1) Filed scarf joint where inner and outer top skins meet at fuel tank. Polished filed area w/ scotch brite wheel. Cleaned w/ Armor-All all-purpose cleaner/degreaser, rinsed w/ water, dried, and spot-primed w/ SEM self-etch primer. (2) Used soldering iron and straight edge to remove vinyl over rivet holes prior to dimpling. (3) Used pneumatic squeezer to dimple all edge holes of inner, outer top skins and wing-walk stiffener. (4) Finished dimpling stiffener plate w/ C-frame arbor.
