Brief Description: Aft wing spar preparation- Reinforce Fork and doub
The plan calls for a 11/32 inch diameter hole to be drilled in the doubler plate. The part has a pilot hole but I’ve decided to cleco the doubler plate to the rear wing spar reinforcing fork and use it as a drilling guide. Then I used my column drill to drill out the hole. Note the clamp clecoes. This is to keep the parts from separating under the drill pressure.
