Hand or pneumatic squeezer don't work here. I need to rivet these out using the 3X rivet gun. I have setup a pressure regulator in line between the compressor delivering 120 psi and my rivet gun that runs at 40 psi. Much more controlable.
Time to time you make a mistake like the one below. Drilling off the head and removing it is one thing but getting rid of the rivet body left behind is another thing. For that purpose, I made a rivet pusher of os an automatic centering punch. A block of harwood behind the part allow for rivet extraction without deforming the delicate aluminum part.
