Brief Description: Countersinking the Main spar flange
Reading the instructions once again then jump on the gun. But before that, I need to figure out a way to support the spar more firmly in order to keep it from wiggling while I push on the countersink micro-stop.
Below is my version of economical and repetitive mean of bracing the work. I simply use straps made out of aluminum leftovers from a previous project. A cleco at one end and a screw at the other end. Notice the masking tape covering the gap between the spar components. This is to avoid chips from packing up in that place which could potentially become as issue later. Well, lets play it safe.
