Today we finished riviting the right flap. On this flap we did not use pro seal on the trailing edge. The reason for omiting the pro seal was a conversation with the folks at vans. He stated that the proseal was used to hold the flap during riviting. And not required for sealing or bondnig once it is rivited.
I made a jij to hold the flat straight and secure. This flap turned out the best of all. with only .05 ripplefrom one end to the other. Also with no pro seal between the 3 parts of the flap ( top, bottom and the wedge) the trailing edge was great.
