Brief Description: completed the empennage fairing finally
Final work on the empennage intersection fairing. Priming and subsequent inspection revealed a terribly flawed part that required almost a full day's sanding, filling, trimming, refilling and fitting to fit properly. Still some minor surface imperfections but they will be covered by the paint process. The part was fitted and final drilled and screwed in place with No8's and tinnaman washers....which we are short of incidentally, need to order more.
