Made up from new material the new canopy jettison components.
Removed skins and disassembled the jettison mechanism for refit.
Re-installed the repaired and improved componets and tested the working of the mechanism.
Clocked the mechanism parts and clamped in place then measured, marked and began to drill, realised a problem and after some consultation disassembled completely to allow for the necessary adjustment to the already installed part.
Drilled the necessary swing parts in position on the drill press.
Cleaned and recoated then baked the yellow painted parts and found a source for a more suitable bushing for the handle's penetration of the panel.
