Brief Description: R wing surfaces installed, pitot finished and fitt
In continuing work on fitting the right wing tip to the wing and finishing that wing I installed the platenuts on the pitot access hole on the new wing skin then worked on the pitot which I finished by filling the cracks and holes to get an even blend in the fiberglass stem to base plate and primed then fitted to the wing. This will now be painted seperately but in conjunction to the left wing which is going to paint this week.
I fitted the control surfaces to the right wing in continued work on the fit of the wing tip and with the aileron 'alignment rod' used on the left wing, in place I lined them up and again and again fitted and marked the wing tip as per the left wing.
