Brief Description:  Continued left wing aileron alignm, ent and tip fit

As per yesterday's log, I had to make up a new jig to secure the aileron in neutral on the bellcrank end (seperate from the jig on the actual aileron to wing) In this case I was able to simply modify the existing part to fit properly although this took several repeated fits then cut.
With a reasonably secure neutral aileron I began fitting the tip part to the wing which involves fitting and then marking areas to be trimmed and then trimming/sanding, filing and grinding by hand until through the marks, and then fitting and repeating - over and over to get a proper fit all round of the flange to the inside opf the overlaping wing skin.

The tip also had to be cut and trimmed several times to give the clearances needed for the moving aileron and hinges etc.The aileron pushrods had to be adjkusted a number of times to get the proper extension when the aileron was in neutral which I did and marked and saftied as a final adjustment suitable for flight.
