Brief Description: Some weekend work on fitting the tip....
As can be seen in the picture the lined up aileron and flap trailing edge line does not match the tip edge at all - some 30mm out, but this is suggested as likely in the manual and a common experience I found after researching online. The aileron will ultimately have to be trimmed but will match much better once the clearances are cut and it can be pushed in and fitted flush with the wing skin edge. The markings I had previously marked were incorrect so I rubbed them and re-fitted to mark the new clearance cut outs...I will only cut this once 100% sure.
Came in to do a little bit on this tonight and got as far as new markings, all parts taped and clamped in place...Monday I will cut.
