Brief Description:  Right wing repair cont.....delivery of metal to cu

Continued repair of the wing conduit sysem as described in previous log. After each rib hole was enlarged and all the rivets drilled from the tip end with only one row left on the extreme root edge)
I peeled back the skin and placed a new section of conduit pipe in from the servo box bay where a tee was fitted and stretched to the tip rib where it protruded about 50mm and was fastened securely by an adel clamp around a sleeve as per the Left wing attachment points and the root of this wing.

Spent an inordinate amount of time redrilling, deburring and dimpling/countersinking the affected holes - luckily and happily very few - after the rivets were drilled out. The enlarged holes are marked and will accept the 'oops rivets' of one size bigger but with the same shop head.

Took a long drive today to Montana to deliver the final artwork (made some changes last minute) and the sheet of metal to be cut to finalize our panel as described in previous logs. Returned and set the conduit joins with proseal to cure overnight.
