...continued installation of the platenuts on the stab roots for the fairing that will be final fitted at final assembly and inspection.
Continued the finish on the vertical stab and dent filling to finalize that part leaving just the control surfaces to finalize. Besides the finish and filling, aslo touched up the attachment parts and primed the scratched or bare metal and cleaned the hinge brackets. Tried sealing the tip inside edges with silicone sealant but will have to mix up some sika-flex when the sun is out again.
A very disrpupted day with terrible dark, wet weather and power outages and flooding into the workshop meant little finishing was done but I completed the platenut installtion and the trim system fit and adjustjment in the elevator before it gets painted.
