Brief Description:  LW skin prep, tool search, pulled out conduit...

Continued LW skin prep for priming and riveting in place on wing to close up the wing, including dimpling of holes and rubbing down of both sides of skin with particular focus on rivet lines. Have to wait for primer but will prime when it arrives.

Also spen time prepping the mating wing structure including the spars, overlapping and underlying skins and rib flanges, especially where previously finalized holes were drilled open to #30 and had to be deburred and dimpled accordingly for the 'oops rivets'.

An unfortunate discovery whilst preparing to 'button up' the wing for good was that the conduit -which I had pulled between to end ribs had chaffed sufficiently to where it was almost cleanly cut through, this meant, as for the RW I had to pull it out which was frustrating to say the least, I will have to make up smaller sections and attach them individually before I can close up.

Also spent some time trying to track down a local supplier of the specific 'swive'l mushroom head with the rubber guard for my upcoming rivet work. Having had poor results with the head we have I realized this was an absolute necessity but can't find one for purchase anywhere but abroad.
