Brief Description:  RW..resecured the conduit,

Having previously drilled the ribs for the conduit just under the open skin but not under the riveted skin inboard, I ran the conduit around and through the rib lightening holes with no way to effectively secure it in place at each rib. I wasn't at all happy so before closing up the wing for good I decided to give this a look and made a way by making a 600mm drill bit, hole cutter from various parts and then could drill through all but one rib which I was able to reach by improvising the angle drill. I then opened all the holes to around 25mm with the stone bit and used the same to debur the hole edges of all the ribs.

I could then pass the conduit right through every rib until it exited at the root ribwhere I secured as per the tip rib with a clamp and sleeve. A little proseal was mixed up and applied to a number of the intersecting points of the conduit to the ribs to further secure it and prevent rubbing. Continued the slow methodical riveting of the skin overlap and at the spars.
