Brief Description:  Rear window fit, Pitch servo mounting design and f

Spent a lot of time gettiong the rear window fitted right and eventually got it in place and clamped it to mark out for trimming. With it clamped in place the main bubble was again fitted inplace to double check the fit of these in relation. I am happy with how this is coming together.

Whilst waiting for a new grinder to cut the glass I continued looking into the installtion of the Pitch servo in particular and came up with a design based on Dynon's $75 bracket which I improved significantly. The part was made from scrap .063 material and assembled before being fitted in place on the fuselage keel and then match-drilled.

The servo was fitted then installed on the bracket and the unit installed with clecos in the fuselage with the bellcrank in place to check height and distance for proper travel of the actuating arm. The parts for the actuating arm were assembled but not yet cut and drilled unti the bracket is riveted in final position.
