Test fitted the vent system and components, clecoed in place the vent naca ducts to the duct holes cut into the forward fuselage and then positioned the assembled vents to the panel and fuselage at the desired position and secured with clecos to mark and drill - attached the vent ducting to both to make up the full assembly. Cleco'd the Tip up hinge blocks in place and trimmed and shaped accordingly to drill and ream for the mating parts. Started with the WD-716 latch 'fingers' reshaping and trimming as per the plans to fit the worked blocks. Test assembled the right side assembly and made up the reinforcing channel and angle parts to assemble the mechanism and check for smooth operation and proper fit.
