Sharom and I had an early dinner then went out to the garage. We rounded up the stabilator spar parts. Separated and deburred everything. Deburring is light work but time consuming. I have a chair that fits me which makes it bearable. I bought a few red scotchbrite pads to try them out. The are the best thing for deburring we have found so far. Best source I have found for them is Amazon, less than a $1 a pad.
In an effort to minimize scratching, we covered the building tables in a thick paper as well as making sure the tops are clear of chips and shavings. If seems to be working better.
