After a lot of back and forth discussion, Charles and I decided on the Aerox built in system. We are going with the Remote Regulator system. We went back and forth on the size of the tank. Standard is 60CF, but 33CF fits a lot better and is lighter. We finally settled on the smaller tank - it will still give us 30+ hours of oxygen at the max flight levels planned.
We plan to put the pilot control panel in the instrument panel area. The system uses a push/pull cable to move the remote regulator valve, setting the pressure to the passenger stations. This keeps the delivery pressure low. We will still have high pressure coming from the tank to the forwad mounted pressure gage. We will mount the outlets in the bulkheads near the passenger, for a neat cockpit when in use.
We will install the filler port in the aft baggage area
