Removed the Icom A210 and checked the connection. Found that the 25 pin molex connector was not making good contact. Reworked the connectors fitting and was able to get the unit working.
Took a similar approach with the Garmin Transponder, but had no luck. Called Garmin and found that I had misread the wiring chart and the position power connection was incorrect. Revise the pin connector and the radio works fine.
