After a lot of discussion with other builders, I found that I have wired the primary relay improperly. I reinstalled the relay correctly and now have power to the LSP1 panel. Was able to power up the D-100, EIS system, and flaperon motor. However, could not get the Icom A210 or the Garmin Transponder to power up.
