This is another item that has been assembled for a while, but not together or on the wings. I didn’t realize that the outboard half is slightly higher (approx. 20 cm) then the inboard half. I had the connection plats on both halves, not realizing that inboard half was higher. This required that the connection bracket for the inboard would need to trimmed. I had to remove the bracket and cut it back. In doing so, there was insufficient clearance for the rivets. I made two new brackets but let the final attachment holes undrilled until I fitted them to the wings.
