Had previously downloaded this service bulletin concerning the through bolts and 12-point nuts. Talked to 4 A&P about this issue and came to the conclusion that I needed to change the 6-point nuts to the 12-point nuts. I do not need to change the through bolt until I get 1000 hrs on the engine. I ordered the 12-point nuts from Jabiru in TN for $1.75 each and installed the 12-point nuts on the top side of the engine. Will do the bottom nuts later as it will considerable more time.
