Placed rings on pistons and inserted into cylinders. Mounted the cylinders 1 thru 4 on block. Found that we could rotate the block approx. 270 degs. before. Something was hitting and stopping the block from rotating 360 deg. After much frustration, we found that the problem was the piston wrist pin housing that was too wide and it was hitting the side of the block; It was not cut to the same dimension as the original pistons.
