Final tail tip fit established, ensuring rear trailing edges of both tail tips and the elevator match up.
Began the mounting process, drilling all #40 holes for initial clecoing. During intial clecoing, I had to work a lot with the forward section of the horizontal tail end rib. The far forward section was being pushed into the tail interior by the fiberglass tail tip when trying to insert it between the skin and the rib and align the holes. I ended up having to trim and slightly reshape the forward rib tip to allow enough room that the fiberglass material could fit between the rin outer edge and the tail skin without pushing the rib tip too far inboard that the holed could not be riveted.
Once all #40 clecos were fit, everything was updrilled to #30 holes and clecoed. Once fit was finalized, everything was deburred then reclecoed. Clecoes were removed and replaced with CCP-42 / CCP-44 rivets, as specified by the plans.
Final fit for length so tip trailing edge matches up to elevator trailing edge,

Upfrilled to #30 holes, deburred and final riveted into position.
