Used CNC to fabricate the fairlead mounting blocks. Layed out the toolpath design, then tooled out the parts.
Also discovered that my Sonex hardware kit from WBPartsExpress was short on the fairlead inserts for the mounting blocks. The kit called for four (4), but there was only four half pieces for the inserts, and no clips.
